Wear a helmet. Simple! During an event yesterday close friend of the club, Tom, ended up with several severe injuries, thankfully his helmet came up trumps. It’ll be a while before Tom is back, but we are so grateful to still have him with us & wish a speedy recovery. We also wanted to take the opportunity to thank all the Marshalls and crew of @frometriathlonclub who dealt with the incident so professionally. You are a credit to your club. As well as our own members Lewis & Emily who assisted on the scene. #crash #multisport #triathlon #ironmantraining #challengeyourself #ironman703 #anythingispossible
