Medal Monday hitting with a bang this week.
Amazing accomplishments all round by our team.
Lewis, Stace headed over to Swansea to take in the 70.3 & both came away with amazing finish times. Lewis almost breaking the 5hr mark. π₯
James enjoying yet more time in the mud at Rood.

Not only that, we had Em helping athletes out of the water at Swansea too.

Medal Monday we are celebrating Paul who took on his second ever triathlon competing at @ironmantri 70.3 in Jonkoping. πͺ
Michelle ran a massive 31 miles during the Serpent Trail race and ticked becoming an ultra runner of her list. π₯π₯
We had a few of the team putting the pace down at Frome too.
What a packed weekend!! Well done to everyone who got out & raced or trained this weekend.
Wear a helmet. Simple!
During an event yesterday close friend of the club, Tom, ended up with several severe injuries, thankfully his helmet came up trumps. Itβll be a while before Tom is back, but we are so grateful to still have him with us & wish a speedy recovery.
We also wanted to take the opportunity to thank all the Marshalls and crew of @frometriathlonclub who dealt with the incident so professionally. You are a credit to your club.
As well as our own members Lewis & Emily who assisted on the scene.
