Fantastic efforts at our Track Open Night, we had a great turn out & it was nice to meet some new faces. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Tonight’s session from Matt was ‘The Taylor Swift’ .. 4 x 400m with 60 seconds rest, 4 x 300m with 45 seconds rest & 4 x 200m with 30 seconds rest, brilliant running tonight. Some awesome running this week, Emily & Lewis raced the AVR Wiltshire Half Marathon. Both got PB’s with Emily taking a huge 13 minutes off hers. Nick & Louise took on the Brent Knoll race, the last in the Somerset Series. We spent the evening with Sean Conway. For those who don’t know him, he has done many long distance endurance adventures, from swimming Lands End to John O’Groats, cycling around the world, 105 Ironmans in 105 days, to name a few. Great day at the Lemur Loop 12 hour endurance race by @racenationevents .. the team did us proud. Neil & Lisa ran the 10k, with Neil coming 3rd (might have won if he went the right way 🙄🤣).
